Steve Beardon one of he loony councillors of the City of Casey. his partner is a self -proclaimed 'White Witch'as recorded in local papers some years ago. I'm sure had Port Phillip Council sought advice from this Councillors partner, she would have gladly dished out a few spells here and there !

Andrew, you (I think) and I live in Port Phillip. Its such a cosmic place. Some people say they have some times seen the cosmic folks dancing naked in Albert Park Reserve on the full moon before burning a likeness of the former great and dear leader Jeff. Griens, SAP, Abo reconciliation mob, fiends of the ABC, PPCC Propaganda cell - they were all there - I have heard.

So its back to the drawing board for the Albert Park Reserve skate park that Port Phillip Council wanted to waste ratepayers money on (Port Phillip Leader, 21 May 0
. The witches magic has not worked on this project eithor. Warlock David Spokes is about to get a stake in the heart I think. Martin Foley MP build the skate park near MSAC and pay for it using taxes not rates.
