Dear you do not want a cold, do you? I recommend echinacea and goldenseal ON THE DOUBLE!!! Just be careful you limit the goldenseal, otherwise it will deplete your intestinal flora.

poor Halfie, she's a grand old lady but don't mourn for her yet! Stitch started slowing down aaaaages before her final sleep and she was still a happy lickle girlie. In fact both she and Bronte seemed their most content when they were old gals - don't see it as the beginning of the end, see it as a phase in their lives where they're more content and snuggly
