Have you tried cosequin? (gluco sulphate & chro.) it's hepled scabbers no end - he had what the vet thought was the onset of arthritis in his back leg about 5 months back, and this morning he raced stan to the top of the cage by climbing the bars and beat him - it was incredible to see, he's doing so well. Worth a try? our vet gives us the cat pills and we split them into tiny rat doses.

Thanks for the advice Ratty. I'll ask my vet about it. She's an old girl, to be sure, and had her fair share of health problems.
