Sounds like a good way to spend the holidays, Fi. 
Spending Christmas Eve with his family, gift exchange, drins, snacks, etc. Same old same old EVERY year for the last 4 years. I told him if he plans to stay in IL again next year, he will be alone because I am going home to spend a Christmas with MY family for a change, lol. I usually run around baking candies, cakes, and pies, but this year, I am so homesick I just don't have the heart for it.
Sounds like you have it all under control. I love homemade goodies, no box stuff for me either.

Hi ya, just the thought of all that marvelous food you are baking HAD lifted my spirits. I have been sick for about the last 2 weeks, can't shake the flu so thats part of my BAH HUMBUG mood, lol.
Anyway, I was in the middle of changing layouts and adding a theme switcher when you came by. I managed to screw the Puppies up but am gonna try and get them back for you. I wanna puppy too! ((huggs))
Awww Dari, I'm sorry you've been sick. 
I've had a stomach flu for the last couple of weeks too, off and on. ick. I'll post pics of my pretty cookies so they're calorie free. 
Okay, fess up! How many more Christmas goodies have you baked today? When are you gonna share some recipe's?????
