Good luck with the house hunting. It is so nice to have your own place. I know we just purchased one here and I love it. We have a condo though so the ratties stay in our room, in Kinsey's room, and in the office area where they have ready access to the computer. Unless you have a cool $1/2 million at least to drop on a house you can forget owning one of those here. The condo market is on fire though. LOL. ~Jane

We were looking at moving to HI and almost fainted at the price of houses. Especially the ones on the beach Honestly, I can't wait to own my own home...apt life is not for me!
