Why hello to you too!

Gravatar I won't hold it against you! They slow down a lot in the cold, kinda go dormant, so it's possible to overfeed them but much more difficult to underfeed in this weather.
But yay for you, that they're all alive.

At this point, I figure I won't harvest until sometime in April. Which means it'll be over 7 months since I harvested last, I think. Ah well, so it goes. I'm a lazy vermicomposter.

Gravatar Even if you kill them all off, we'll hook you up again. I need to harvest bad. I probably have 8 inches of cast. I reach in (bare-handed) every once in a while and turn it so it doesn't compact.

Mine are nice and cozy on the kitchen floor by my chair. If you're woried about freezing them, you might consider brinnging them in outta the cold and feeding them some Campbells

Gravatar LOLs to all three of you. Way too nerdy and that equals cute.

Gravatar You know you wanna be a cool worm person too, Cristin. Want some starter worms in the Spring
