I would love to take advantage of our amazing farmer's market, but I just don't think I have the capacity to can. I should stop by and see the madness for myself.
In the meantime, I freeze stuff - corn, berries, peaches. But we don't have a big enough freezer to freeze all the stuff I want.

Oooh JeniQ, I've been DYING for a freezer. It's so much easier to use than canning everything. They sell on Craigslist used All. The. Time. I've got an ideal place in my kitchen for a freezer already, but you could totally fit one in the garage.
