Racial issues *are* weird right now in the US. It doesn't help that it's not okay to talk about race either, unless you 100% read the PC script. Remember the guy in DC who lost a good job (and probably his career) because he said "niggardly?"
Further, if we can't ask honest questions or have frank discussion, our societal attitudes and practices about race are going to get worse, not better.
Kept trying to figure out who Host 2 was... Was it Juan Williams? Cuz Juan doesn't "sound" black but is, I think. But I doubt he's reviled among any communities - seems like a pretty decen fellow to me from the little bit I've heard. Hmmm....
