Hey there... I hope that everything is okay... I read your scary clown post a little late, and figured you were already off to see Volver -- I may just be calling you today! Also, good article about B & B vs. corn starch. I think that the BB packaging has improved-- it's aerosolized now -- hold it a few inches from the melon and spray to deposit a fine, even mist. I bought the little one, which my stylist says she uses once a week or so and has lasted her a year. Also, I think that "Pssst" the powder shampoo still exists. Hope things are working themselves out - only just read your post, so would've managed virtual tea and sympathy, but hoping you now don't need it? You have my email if you want advice and chaotic theorising... 
My old caretakeree Hal used to use some of that dry shampoo stuff. It seemed kind of freaky to me at first. But then again, there's all that water-free hand cleaner stuff.
