Aw, sorry to hear that. The upside, though, is you still have your blog life, which I always think is the more preferable one even if it doesn't pay the bills. (That's gotta change, btw!)

Heh. I'm painstakingly re-creating from emails and phone calls. It'll be OK. I couched it to boss in terms of "You know how if you have a paper agenda you can lose it and everything's gone? Yeah, well, that's what happened with my data"
