You know what? I would always offer my support for you. You have my vote for doing the right thing--it may not always be in my time frame--but you get there on your own terms. A parent could not ask for more.

My housekeeping standards are more about avoiding bugs, dust and dustmites than things all in their place.

(And the dust was terrible while cleaning. I'm hoping that now that it's SO clean in here I keep it up. I'm just so not attuned to keeping things neat.)
