Dude, I like NASCAR.
But, those old guys check me out too. Ugh.

Hey, I'm glad we're already friends or I'd feel hurt: for I too have both the moustache and the love of NASCAR!
In a related thing, the modified-4-cylinder car I co-sponsor won the Wake County Speedway points championship for the second year running. Yeah!!!
But seriously: sorry about your grumpy. I think I know what you're talking about for having people chase you who aren't the right people for you. A sad waste of universal energy, I think.

Aw, Phil, I'm sorry (when did you shave off the chin part? A goatee isn't a mustache, and truthfully there are a few mustaches that, with the right person, COULD be at least not unattractive). You will always be hot to me, so no worries on that front.
You're right, though, in that I was stereotyping out of annoyance and frustration. Gah!
(Congrats on your car! I still don't get the draw.)

I grew up watching my uncle and cousin build stock cars in their garage. We'd go out to the local speedway on weekends to watch them race. Now, that cousin works for Roush racing. Anyway, there's more to NASCAR than driving in an oval making left hand turns only.

I'd be interested in seeing the intersection between the two sets (mustache men and NASCAR men). I'll bet it's pretty sizable.*

Thanks for the comp
Re: the facial hair, you made me go check the dictionary to refine my sense of something you'd figure I'd know after nearly 20 years of having it all:
Apparently I have BOTH a "moustache" and "chin hair". Whether or not I have a "goatee" depends on whether you stick to the tight definition of having the bottom sharpened to a point. Mine is straight across, and I've always called it a goatee. Maybe I'm wrong.
Oddly, in one of my mom's languages from the Philippines, the moustache and chin-hair are called, respectively "bigote" and "balbas" (I don't know how to spell them 'zackly, sorry!). A small false pseudocognate in that the "'gote" part refers to the moustache and not the goatee.
Related false sort of cognate: "Orangutan" means "Orange man" in Indonesian. But the "Orang" part doesn't refer to the orange. "Orang" refers to the man. Crazy world, eh?

Phil: Tagalog? Cause in Spanish it's "bigotes" for mustache, and "barba" for beard. Eeeeeeenteresting.
