Where have you been, Veritas? Er, well, you might ask where I've been. I need to link you to my sidebar, and will do that as soon as I finish this comment, even if you didn't send me snow! LOL! Just kidding; if it snowed here my three outdoor dogs would be miserable. I have two cats who would be dead if I let the watch dogs into the house.

know what you mean about sentimental Christmas decorations. My oldest daughter is here, and she came across a flimsy glass bulb she decorated when she was 9-years-old. She was flabbergasted that I still had it. She said, "Dang Mom! I can't believe you still have this. You've managed to not break it for 31 years!"

The reason it didn't get broken is because I keep it with other precious keepsakes so it won't get broken, but she immediately hung it on a low branch of the tree where one of the cats could break it. *sigh* I moved it to a higher branch and hope it makes it through this Christmas.
