What are your predictions for the Gulf Hurricane season for this year?
Hey Lucy, You have a neat site. I am overdue for my write up on what Storm Season 2008 has in store for us. From what I hear, they are predicting a high storm year AGAIN. The thing to keep in mind is that there could be a lot of storms that form yet if non come ashore we think it was a mild season. That's what happened last year. We actually had the predicted number of storms just that none of them came ashore so it seemed not too bad.
With the La Nina in the Pacific, I fear we may have a bit more active year than the past 2. Hope fully not.
