Wow, that actually looks like fun! and I'm a huge fan of homemade stuff like that! Last year for Christmas, we took my dad to a cheesemaking class at a local cheese shop and learned how to make ricotta and mozzarella.

This is so cool! I read that book and have wanted to try the cheese making myself. My husband and I have been very inspired to buy locally this summer, and the kids are really getting behind it. My daughter in particular is waiting for apple season, for the pies...

You made cheese! That's something I've been wanting to do for ages and ages but the curds/whey separation thing has always made me kind of nervous! I'm going to have to give it a go now.

I am so amazed! I just saw something like this on the Food Network where they were checking out a restaurant that made their own mozzarella. I'll have to give it a try.
