Gravatar Well said!!

Gravatar That is hysterical. In my house, when my husband wants to know when I'll be done, he asks, and then always answers, "Let me guess, JOMR" (He even abbreviates Just One More Row!) Hysterical.

BTW, do you think it is cruel and unusual to hold back on knitting related mail?!?!

Gravatar Have to train the family members to alert of any knitting mail. Maybe buy your husband one of those little masks they wear over their eyes whilst going to sleep, then you can knit as long as you want to.

Gravatar HeeHee, they truly don't understand. Yet, it makes us so happy, wouldn't it behoove them to understand it more? So many good husband points waiting to be accumulated...

Gravatar I totally know where you are comming from. They just don't speak our language do they? I love your swing jacket!

Gravatar ah, yes. it has happened so many times in my house too. muggles. what can you expect?

Gravatar All family members must inform you of all knitting-related packages immediately! That is the rule! By the way, your Saffy is looking great.

Gravatar the husband's comments are funny! i'm expecting two catalogues from phildar too -- the kid knits =)

Gravatar heheh! that's really funny!

Gravatar HEH!!! I can relate!!

Gravatar HA! It's so true! My bf really does make an effort to feign interest, I think, which is really lucky for me, but it's so obvious it nearly kills him to talk at any length about knitting. I have made him my color consultant, where I ask his opinion about colors of sweaters I want to knit. I'm thinking he could do without this position, but he knows it's easier to just go along with it.

And wow! Mother lode of Phildar magazines!

Gravatar Oh, how true!! I was nodding my head and smiling throughout the entire post!

Gravatar I'm still laughing-are we maybe living with the same man?

Gravatar haa haa!! yes! i think we can all identify with both of those situations...oooh...sooo...well!
