But to make butter pats in ANY shape (especially penii), press and spread marg in any candy mold and FREEZE them. Once frozen, give the back of each shape a few hardy taps and they'll fall right out! If you're not gonna use them right away, keep them in the fridge. =)

I totally made these last night. I "fixed" the recipe and posted it on my blog. They're easier to roll out if you cut in the margarine with the flour mixture, then add the other wet stuff. I also added about 1/4 cup more flour and a tiny bit more margarine. No Ohio shaped Earth Balance, but they were still awesome.
