The Ribz look amazing - when you say soy butter, is that like the soy version of butter, or soy nut butter, like the peanut butter type thing?

Just vegan margarine. I ate soy nut butter once and hated it, so you can pretty much assume that none of my recipes are ever calling for it. ; )
