i just got vegan brunch the other day! i've been looking through it obsessively because there are so many recipes that look so great. the pesto scramble is one of the things that sounded particulary tasty to me. but that potato spinach square looks amazing! i can't wait to make a recipe from this book.

I went out and bought the book last week on a night off from bar studyage. It was the meanest thing I've done to myself in weeks. I don't have time to cook for the next three weeks or so, and yet I flip through that book before bed at night and just...drool.

I just made the quiche from Vegan Brunch today, but with Cauliflower instead of Broccoli, and with cheddar teese. When I took the first bite, I felt it in my knees. Holy crap. SO GOOD.

I must try these potoato square thingies everyone speaks so highly of next.

Ha ha ha. Poor Suz. I recommend the pesto scramble though or the pancakes or the omelet as they all are really easy and not very time-consuming.
