Hooray! My chili made the list! I have a new recipe I want to try out on you. I've been experimenting with vegan versions of Vietnamese Pho. (That was a lot of alliteration). Let me know when you're available to be a little guinea pig.
Well, I tried your mock tuna salad last week since you loved it so much. I never had real tuna salad, but I liked it! My mom said it did taste like it, but better, because she never liked tuna.
Now it's on to Mac and Cheez. I have very high mac and cheez standards, and make and excellent one with fake cheez, so we will see how this does!
