I could not agree more. The Shoreline Cruise Company which ran the Ethan Allen will point at everyone but themselves in rationalizing their belief. Blame it on the waves, the capacity limits and whatever else. What is wrong with simply accepting responsibility? They were the only ones who could have prevented this accident. No one is saying it was intentional.
