A closer look at the Israel scene shows that Kadima is not as popular as it's portrayed abroad. Even the Jerusalem Post, which you linked to, is today largely leftist. Quite a few of Kadima's members have past records of corruption (Shimon Peres had some shady dealings with Marc Rich.)

IMRA probably has the most reliable recent poll, done for Israel Radio, of what could be the turnout in the upcoming elections.
