As I am sure YOU know, but a lot of non-trial lawyers may not, how a jury deliberates (speaking, balloting and so on) is largely up to them. There is no special "right way" beyond the general direction to listen to each other, make an effort to reach a verdict and follow the law.

I don't imagine the "anonymous juror" will remain anonymous long. A person who does that wants acclamation and was probably mulling television appearances and book contracts shortly after his or her jury service ended.
