In 1994, I moved a company from Queens to Charlotte. The business situation in NYS has gotten even worse since then.

I lived in Rochester at the time, and idn't even consider a single place in NY as a potential site to move a business to.

I typically don't even visit WNY any longer, even though I have family there. It's too depressing.

I'm not sure how to correct the problem now. It's too late, I think.
