How many times have we been through this? The North Koreans have demonstrated the desire to compromise only when they need a delaying tactic. I haven't heard anyone offer a plausible explanation as to why Kim would change his well worn pattern of duck, bob and weave, but keep on building.

They want the nukes and an agreement isn't going to stop him.
