India has had a long history of terrorism prior to the recent November 2008 attacks in Mumbai. According to a research study at the University of Maryland, there have been “12,539 terrorist-related fatalities in India between 1970 and 2004 - an average of almost 360 fatalities per year from terrorism in India”.

Its really sad what happened and there is no justification for this gruesome and cowardly but it seems the indians are in the blame game again well we have gotten used to it. its like a knee jerk response every time something happens its the Pakistan and ISI to be blamed. i think this has been staged to divert the attention from the growing anti-indian sentiments in Kashmir. they have been numerous accusations in the past as well but nothing proven. i think indian govt. needs to clean its own closet before pointing fingers at others. The ISI chief is NOT answerable for anything to any Indian govt. figure and i believe it was the right thing to send a rep. instead to share any credible intelligence if they have any. act but please stop blaming others without credible proof.
