A couple years ago someone took the lug nuts out of one of my tires in the middle of the night. I didn't realize this until my tire fell off the next day (even though there was a sound that I was not familiar with). It seemed that someone was stealing tires in my town at that time and my alarm system must have scared them off so they did not take the tire. However since that time I check my lug nuts frequently. The point is that even though the crane was checked on Wednesday, someone could have tampered with it following that time therefore these cranes need to be checked every day.
