The stories are not well-known, but while Gov Blanco was at the Gov's Mansion alternately napping and boo-hooing on TV, Jindal was busy getting helicopters and other aid out to people in the Katrina-affected area. BUT, please leave Jindal alone and let him do some good for us in La! We elect our Lt. Governor separately from Governor, and our Lt. Gov. is Democrat Mitch Landrieu, brother of (yech) Mary Landrieu. We don't need him in charge right now.
Jindal will do LA much good as VP......Jindal will also do America much good as VP. I'm all for a Mccain - Jindal Ticket...I think its a stunning choice but this country needs a stunning reformist pair to tackle some pretty stunning issues right now.
