Come on. The restaurant is a Russian themed bar and restaurant. The statute is merely playing on that theme. I do not believe for one instantce that the owner of the restaurant or the owners of the Tropicana are communists or support communists or anti-American behavior. No more than Trump's Taj Mahal having genies and middle east themed items all around have anything to do with Islam. Its a statute to bridge theme. Leave it at that.

It's not simply a Russian themed restaurant. It's a Soviet theme if you're including Lenin. The Russian Tea Room didn't have statues of Lenin and Stalin hanging around or welcoming guests.
And for the record:
Statute = law.
Statue - what appears as art to some.

Lawhawk, this isn't new. When Mandalay Bay opened in Vegas 10 years or so back, the Red Square club/bar/restaurant had the same Lenin statue at the entrance. There was a big uproar about it. Problem was solved when Lenin's head was chopped off. Last time I was in Vegas, it was still there.
