OF course they will give you the free HDTV, now you have to get the HDTV box and pay more money per month. And you have to pay for the HDTV channels. More money for them.


Gravatar I have similar problems and others. I am literally at my wit's end. Have you ever reached anyone that seems responsive and able to resolve these issues.?
I would appreciate any advice. I am so sympathetic.

Gravatar Reaching someone who was responsive is one thing. Getting someone who can actually make the changes is something else.

Demand to speak to a supervisor. Get their name. Get their email address and demand verification of whatever you discuss.

Ask for reduced rates, extending the teaser rates, the LCD tv, and even free hbo or other cable services. The worst that can happen is they try to haggle with you. You just need to be persistent.
