People that think that open borders are a good thing are the same type of people that would open their homes to thieves, vandals, and murderers. They just don't realize that it's essentially the same thing.
The people that think that Amnesty is a way to solve the problem of illegal immigration aren't thinking too clearly either. You don't reward illegal behavior to get it to stop! Amnesty is a reward for violating our immigration laws. When you reward a behavior you get more of it, not less.
I'm not worried about Whites becoming less of a majority though. Race doesn't matter that much to me, and it shouldn't matter to anyone else either. What does matter to me is that illegal immigrants don't bother to assimilate into the American culture. The ultimate result of that is that the values our forefathers fought for and that the brave men and women of our military still fight for today will be forgotten.
The United States is a great country because we regard freedom and equality to be important. Because we hold to the notion that personal responsibility, freedom and ambition together make a better people and a stronger nation.
People that come here for a quick buck or to get in on the socialist welfare state gravy train don't have the same ideals. They will ultimately bring our nation down into the dust.
We can't let that happen.
