Old EZ predictions;
Fred will very narrowly eek out a nomination and win the POtUS.
Chrissy Matthews will be humiliated, but will ignore it, since there is no level low enough to make him uncomfortable.
Bill O'Reilly will become increasing illrelivant, but will be too self-centered to notice.
Some traditional tech motor innovation will send panic waves through the diesel or internal combustion entrenchment and will look like the new savior of the west
The new Camaro will have lackluster sales, compared to expectations. Only the hardcore Chevy fan will risk it while everyone else will “wait and see”.
Guitar rock and Traditional country music will make a minor come back.
Old EZ will fall prey to that life-destroying calamity known as DIVORCE, where the wife rapes the family for her own gain.
Due to his now extra time, Old EZ will finally begin a blog, if he is able to overcome the “little death” and persevere. And the world may never be the same…..
Lem, yours and the NRO's predictions are all plausible. (still pondering EZ's)
Except for the bin Laden one...I contend he has been wormfood for some time now.

Well, one thing for sure: our long national ventriloquist act will soon be over.
Bill Clinton will join the Obama campaign.
...and effectively destroy any chance Obama had.
Sales of recorded music will continue to decrease due primarily to the fact that the majority of the record companies output is pure crap. The industry will continue in its state of denial and blame their customers for transferring music to their computers, iPods and other download devices.
The further drop in sales of corporate music will also mark an increase in sales of indie bands who offer their CD's online for lower prices and mp3's individually via their websites.
Katie Couric will leave her anchor job at CBS.
I prefer to see her arrogant perky little butt fired if it's all the same to you. Then watch the CBS/Couric spinmeisters try to make it look better than it is. Then they should give the job to Russ Mitchell which is whom they should have hired intially instead of Couric.
I like the predictions (and agree with most). But Thompson will not be Veep. He wants to be the decision maker, not second chair. Gore took VP to use it to ascend to the POTUS. I don't see Fred! doing that. I am a Fred! fan but don't see him settling for VP.

All those predictions seem plausible. But I agree with Patrick - Obama may be a lightweight but he ain't that 'toopid!
