Gravatar The people that are the angriest at the Democratic Party and that are attending these events acting that way could very well be people like me, who used to be dependably Democratic party voters, and who closed our eyes and accepted things we really didn't ever like to begin with for the sake of a "common goal", and now we see we were had. It's like a volcano that's been building up for years, until finally something has to give.

It's sort of like an old buddy of mine who married a Catholic woman, who was a "cradle catholic". He became a Catholic himself, and he was in fact more of a fanatic about the religion than his born and bred catholic wife.

Sometimes its hard to rein in your zealotry under those circumstances, even though it might be best to adopt a more moderate persona. Still, when I hear the same old tired Democratic Party talking points, especially the typical politically correct horseshit, I can't help but go off on them.

It's not just a release, its pretty damn fun too. Let's see, a bunch of San Francisco elites, most of whom are probably gay, fork over money to a guy who talks about people in Pennsylvania being bitter and clinging to their guns and religion as an explanation as to why they "vote against their best interests".

There's only one way to interpret that. The "gays" of San Francisco (I usually don't use so mild a description in the Yahoo group I moderate) are prejudiced, ignorant, bigoted pieces of shit.

Yet, I'm the prejudiced, ignorant, bigoted piece of shit because I won't vote for a candidate who will appoint judges that will support them, regardless of the fact that those same judges will do everything in their power to trash the Second Amendment, which would just be for starters.

The hell with them. I'm done with them. I'll tell you though, there are a lot of Democrats in Tennessee. Look how long Al Gore was there, and also, the kid that hacked Palin's e-mail account was the son of a Tennessee Democratic state legislator. So that's not beyond the realm of belief.

By the way, the Ashville Vortex could use an update. I've been wondering about your take on the witch that saved the tree.

Gravatar "the witch that saved the tree"

Sounds like a Halloween after-school special.

I'll look into it and post something later.

Gravatar Really? I'm surprised you didn't already know about it. It happened in Ashville, not too long ago. I'll see if I can find a link to the story.

Gravatar When McCain's audience displayed their anger over Obama recently it was hailed in the press as "evidence" of racism.

The fact is that people know they are seeing a smooth-talking crook. They see their media practically performing live sex acts on him. They KNOW that Obama is a crooked empty suit but isn't being held accountable.

THAT is why they are angry. But that story isn't being reported. And that makes people more angry.

There is racism involved. The racism that excuses any excess, every crime by Obama and tries to paint ANY opposition to him as racist.

Gravatar Okay, I found it. It was an old magnolia tree that some developer was going to tear down to build some kind of complex, but the guy that sold the land said if the county ever sold it, it would have to revert back to his descendants, because he wanted to make sure the land was only kept for public use. Here's the link to the story-

Gravatar I think they're really more mad at McCain than anything, because they don't think he's trying hard enough to win.

Gravatar Yes,makes you wonder if they have'nt just backed off, threw their hands up and decided to let the country get them a dose of it? Going to be like a STD,accept there is'nt a vaccine for it.

Gravatar Greetings:

Today's Question: What's Black & White and Red all over?

Gravatar Would the answer have to do with a black father, a white mother and pure red politics?

Gravatar Excellent response to "TN", Lem!
However, I doubt they will read it. Too long, factual, and has some words in it longer than 7 letters.

Gravatar Very well put Mr. Calhoon!

Gravatar McCain may be an honest man but he's also damn near as liberal as Obama. I for one am tired of watching "uniters" try to "reach across the aisle" with these libtards. I see more of the same if McCain wins-and a whole lot of further government expansion (buying up those "bad loans"!!! Aaarghs!).

Gravatar My great-grandparents came to this country from Ireland. They were discriminated against for years. They migrated to Chicago where the family worked like dogs for the Man. Eventually they all got jobs and worked hard for their entire lives - raised their children - educated their children and their childrens children were successful and share in the American Dream.

Now I see our country being run by the 30% of the country that are unproductive uneducated leeches. Those people will vote 100% for Obama because he will give them favors from the taxes collected from the hardworking members of society. Heaven forbid the leeches educate their children so their lives will be better. It is so much easier letting the government take care of them.

Damn right I am pissed. I have never been so angry in all my life.

Gravatar Sorry for the delay in responding.

I hate to disappoint you but I was born in Greeneville (borders Madison County)
and currently live in Johnson City.

Lets go through the points you bring up:

1.Corrupt land deal? He paid $104,000 for a 10 foot strip of land! $60,000 ABOVE appraised value!! Please explain?

2.Troopergate- correct in that she can freely fire cabinet...AT WILL. Incorrect that she can use her position to settle her personal vendettas. I think it was even described as a CRIME. Do I think trooper Wooten should be fired? Of course. Obviously no one else in Alaska does because he's still employed.

3.Bill Ayers- Can you say G. Gordon Liddy? Convicted burglar that urged Branch Davidians to shoot ATF agents in the head because "they'll be wearing body armor, contemplated killing Jack Anderson because of his reporting the crimes of Richard Nixon, plotted to firebomb the Brookings Institute, "electrified" by Hitler's speecehes!! McCain's response to Liddy's pride when he went on his radio show, "I'm proud of you, I'm proud of your family," he gushed. "It's always a pleasure for me to come on your program, Gordon, and congratulations on your continued success and adherence to the principles and philosophies that keep our nation great." ROFLMAO- This is YOUR chosen one!! Nice work. CONVICTED FELON that he is.

I can understand why you're drawn to Sarah Palin...she's HOT!

WTR- "Excellent response to "TN", Lem!

PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE FACTS ARE??
