I would rather have health care and wait in line then not having any healthcare at all. And anyway, Canadians usually don't have to wait in long lines to get health care, you should stop perpetuating that myth.

Waiting in long lines is more a figure of speech. More accurately, being put on a waiting list. Not having immediate access to health care:

"The median wait for a CT scan across Canada was 4.8 weeks"
