thanks for the b'day wishes and for the card! It is still a very solemn day and should be. Last night went to chinatown to dine and as we walked around afterward I looked up and saw the twin towers lights shining up to the heavens and could not help but cry - it is an extraordinary and beautiful sight.

Glad the card arrived and thanx for the link. That's one thing I noticed that a lot of people have mentioned that it's so odd to look in the direction of lower Manhattan and not see the buildings there, even now.
