Gravatar Thanks for posting this. I had taped the 20/20 episode and just watched it today. It did nothing to change my mind however. Despite ABC's efforts to put a new twist on a tragedy, I still think it was an anti-gay crime.

Elizabeth Vargas, I thought, was a great journalist. But in light of this news, I don't think so anymore.

In the end, the main thing on my mind was whether one or both of them had an appeal pending and was hoping this would help. I didn't see any reason for it otherwise. As said in your post, it offered nothing new that was worth knowing.
