your old trooper sounds amazingly like Goliath, my old toshiba laptop running win98se that i was using up until last summer. i replaced it with a blazin' mac ibook g4 with 14" screen. LOVE it. i am totally hooked. now if i can just get me an iPod ...

btw ... i didn't get the mac cuz i could afford it outright. i'm still payin' on it!

The Young Upstart is a present from the 'rents so who am I to turn down a free one? I'm not complaining. THe Old Trooper had been very kind to me all these years but it was time to upgrade.

I'd love to get a Mac, be it laptop or desktop, as well. I don't have a complete allegiance to pc's or MicroFlacid so having both will be interesting to have. I love toys!
