I wonder how many people would think you crazy for turning down a free ticket to Cher. (I would not be one)
Personally I wish she'd finish her farewell concert already - what is this, the 5th year now?
That exact thoguht crossed my mind and was the first thing outta my mouth when my supervisor offered the ticket. She laughed and understood why (she had the same reasons - not a mjor Cher fan nor a major crowd fan)I also said she'd pro'lly be around again next year for another farewell tour.
I like Cher and all, but this never-ending tour is getting ridiculous. She's coming to Phoenix for like the 4th or 5th time on this "Farewell" tour, which the radio ads now refer to as the "Never Can Say Goodbye" tour. She's been here so much that it seems like I'm always hearing ads for it - like ads for a car dealer or something. She just needs to stop.
T^odd - Yep, that's the name of the tour. A bit much and it sounds like a threat. 
Homer - YIKES! I accidently deleted yer comment when I was doing some haloscan maintanance! A 1000 apologies!
Anyway. Pheebes was a hoot and I still recall her bellowing "That KANE woman" when referring to Mona. As for Cher, she was at the TCC, an arena I can do without.
