I don't doubt those poll numbers are close to accurate. But over the past 10 years or so, I don't believe any fuckin' poll or article I see any more. The one to which you refer was by NBC/WSJ. I don't believe it any more than I would a poll by FoxNews.

I'd rather buy statistics from a used car dealer than anyone in the media.

The polls could be spot on - and accurate "today". But as we know, the public is fickle, and three years is a looooong time. The only poll that counts is on the first Tuesday in Nov 08.

Well, I hope they're accurate (and yes, at least when the poll was taken) and as I said, I hope the low ratings stay that way or get worse byt the time the next elections come around.
