Dave - I dunno! If she was teaching the course again, maybe the higher-ups could talk to her into making sure things were run better to prevent future students from running into problems or at least let the higher-ups know that the teacher or the course needs to be looked in on and improved. Any problems could adversely affect student grades (if left unchecked, the problems I had could've cost me one or 2 grades) as well as possible damage to the dept and school's reps.
