I spend most of my time remanufacturing engines, but this post really hit home. I was raised in a rural area and when I fly home to visit there is less and less beauty. People keep tearing down the beautiful nature and building commercial buidlings and subdivisions. It's sad to think that generations to come may never experience the silence and beauty of purity.

I do appliance timer repair for a living which is a good way to recycle parts that would otherwise be thrown away, so when I see the waste and destruction of our trees, especially in this age of digital media and recyclable materials, it hurts my heart. No matter what we think, the forest wont reappear magically, we need to do our part to keep it healthy and beautiful. I'll do my part and keep rebuilding appliance timers so we won't have to keep clearing forest for landfills.
