I like Mea. My kind of coping. The yellow volkswagon? It means she's kept her sense of humor, and that, I have found, makes all the difference.
Very interesting indeed. I have a chronic illness also, as you know, although it's currently in remission (may all the saints be praised). The most important thing for me was finding an effective treatment, closely followed by learning which parts of the regimen I could be a little loose with and which I must adhere to as closely as possible.
Thanks for featuring Mea and her book. It's definitely one that we should get for our house.
Her book has helped more than anything else I've read since being diagnosed with RA a few months ago. I'm grateful for her and glad to have found your blog.
