Andy can complain til the cows come home because he's a consumer of the product. I complain about AT&T service once in a while, too. That's your right as a consumer.
Government stepping in with more mindless regulation, that's what I'm against.
Check out your friend AAA. Not only is he upset because he signed a contract that he no longer wants to be bound to but he also seems to want to goverment to raise taxes to build a national-wide Wifi network. Outrageous!
