Thanks for sharing your recipe...this is the only time of year that I really crave home made gingerbread. I don't even LIKE store bought gingerbread, so I won't even consider that!! I guess that makes me a cookie snob .

I usually require chocolate in any cooking I plan on eating...except lemon and gingerbread. My experience has been that gingerbread cookies are either really good or really bad. (That goes for lemon cookies, as well.)

Cookie snobbery...it's a Good Thing!
