The Cake was delicious and very popular! I found myself today using a fork and eating it off the cake plate! Ewww...gross! hee hee...I did share with the neighbors and they loved it! What a treat! Thank you thank you!

Hey Leslie...
My dad makes something very similar to this, but he makes it into a roll-type bread with the cream cheese stuff as a filling rather than the icing. Everyone loves it (I'm not keen on pumpkin, but it does smell yummy, like autumn). And it's always on the table/in the fridge/in someone's mouth at the family Thanksgiving celebration.
