Your chicken recipes sound really good. I love homemade broths and never thought about making it in the crockpot. That spicy chicken sounds delish too.

I'm ready to try your spicy chicken crock pot recipe--do you put water in the crock pot, too? Sorry if that's a lame question.
Norma, I did not put water in the crockpot with the chicken, but I used legs and they are make juices. I think the recipe would not work as well with boneless skinless unless you baked them and could watch them and keep them from drying out. This would work well with wings, too.

So glad to hear you guys liked this, Norma. I get a little nervous when I read people are trying recipes I post because I know there is a wide variety in what people enjoy. (I mainly post them so I will have a record of the recipes we really like.)
