We make cocoa mix too. Here's our recipe:

2 c. nonfat powdered milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. powdered non dairy creamer
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 t. salt

Hi, Leslie!!! Always a TREAT to come for a visit to your Abiding blog! I've copied some of your recent recipes and SO appreciate your sharing them, plus the photos of them! "Visuals" inspire me! Now, about this hot chocolate: did your sense of humor type that sugar amount as 2/4 cup of sugar? Or is that really supposed to be something else?

Oh, Ann! You are right. I am just a ditz who can't type. It should read 3/4 and I have corrected it.

I will miss seeing you this Christmas! I hope you and Pat enjoy being home this year. I need to get my Christmas card situation under control but haven't done a think yet in that direction. When I do you are first on my list!
