This link is from the Daily Telegraph.

I am not a fan of the Daily Telegraph, but the article might be worth a read.

Saddam Hussein (for all his undeniable faults) apparently treated Palestinian refugees fairly well, and this has resulted in something of a backlash from Shi'a groups.

There are also, quite a few articles on the plight of the Palestinians in Iraq on this blog.
