I had the same problem with American Lawyer newsletters. Marking this mail as "junk" does not work because each newsletter is sent from a different address, which changes every day! But, as a MS Outlook user, I was able to report them to Frontbridge at abuse@frontbridge.com (make sure you forward the entire heading of the problem email if you do this), and that took care of the problem.
