Um, Libby, I think you should be encouraged to let go of every four-letter expletive in your arsenal. You have every right to be angry.

If your dad isn't suffering from Alzheimer's that's at least some good news. At the nursing home, doctors might be able to get a handle on what's ailing him. He (and you, and your siblings) might be able to get some peace after a successful treatment.
